You are Worthy, Our Lord and God – Common English Bible “Thank-You-Come Again-I Promise” Blog Tour continued

Continuing our studying in the Common English Bible CEB.  I am studying in Revelations Chapter 4, Verse 11.  Here is the verse from the CEB

11 “You are worthy, our Lord and God,
to receive glory and honor and power,
because you created all things.
It is by your will that they existed and were created.”

How are you showing in your daily walk that you serve a worthy God?  In the verse above the four living creatures that surround God’s throne in heaven praise Him by saying this verse.  So my question again is how do you show your God is worthy?  How do you praise God?  You were created by Him, He made you, so how do you thank Him?

Is your speech worthy of Him?  Or do you curse out of one side of your mouth and the other side of your mouth praises Him?

Is your conduct worthy of your privileged position in the family of God?  Or does your conduct show who your father truly is?

Do you talk about God often?  Do you worship Him wholeheartedly?  Do you seek to please Him daily?  or are you pleasing yourself and the lusts of the flesh?

How do you show that the Lord, your God is worthy?

In the above verse it states the reason you were created.  You were created by God’s will and that is the reason you exist.  No matter where you are or what you are doing this is your life purpose.  You are a child of God and He loves you very, very much.  So why not return to the one who created you.  Show Him he is worthy.

I would love to give you a free copy of God’s Word.  The Common English Bible is allowing me to give a way one free copy a week.  So drop me an email, post a comment, become a subscriber, like my blog, tweet about it or any other method of sharing out there and let me know with a valid email so I can enter you in this weeks contests.

Until Next Time,

M
