I went through the Cathedrals Family Reunion Past Members Reunite Live In Concert CD and I absolutely love every song! It took me on an amazing journey back in time to good old gospel music that brings you back to the feet of Jesus. Family Christian provided me with a review copy of this CD to listen to and write a review of my opinions.
When I was asked by Family Christian to listen to and write a review for the Cathedrals Family Reunion CD, I was overjoyed. I love Christian and gospel music. My commute to work is not very long but the first thing I do each day is turn on the radio to the one and only Christian radio station we get in my area. I love to listen to music that speaks of the saving grace of Jesus Christ. I grew up as a baby Christian listening to the Cathedrals and the Gaither’s. This CD brings back memories. Memories of finding Jesus Christ as my personal Lord and Savior.
For the first time ever the Cathedrals quartet have reunited and performed live in concert. The lineup includes past members from the 1980’s and 1990’s, I won’t give away who returned you’ll have to listen to the CD to find that out for yourself. Such an awesome tribute to a long-standing gospel singing group.
This is an album that you will want to listen to over and over again. And it is one that you can listen to in your car with your children. Such a family friendly album and group that radiates the glory of God in words. My children and me loved listening to this on the way to school and home again. I was able to share my Christian legacy with each song sung on the Cathedrals Family Reunion CD. Each song played an important part in my young Christian life and I was able to share with my children how God is real and He never leaves us nor forsakes us. The song “Somebody Touched Me” was one such song that has greatly impacted me and my life.
I can honestly say this is the best CD I’ve had the chance to listen to in a long time. The memories that it brought back and the good Christian, gospel music was music to my soul. So uplifting and faith-filled. Need encouragement? Pick up your copy today.
The CD includes thirteen songs song by the Cathedrals and the past members as they reunite to pay tribute to a legacy of gospel music. I won’t give away all the songs that have been chosen for this album, but I will say you don’t want to miss this one.
Until Next Time,
