The Near Journal is flexible; and can be used with normal bible reading or it can also be used as a complement to a themed/topical bible study. The Near Journal helps people read the bible, journal their thoughts, experience personal growth in an area important to them, express daily gratitude, track and see how God answers their prayers, and helps them memorize scripture – all in an easy to use 90 day journal.

I am a devotional journal junkie!  I absolutely love devotional journals that point me back to the truth of God’s Word.  I do not like devotional journals that spoon-feed me God’s Word.  So if you are like me and love to have a guide along with you as you study God’s Word for yourself, I’ve found the perfect journal just for you!  The Near Journal .

My favorite feature of the The Near Journal is that it helps you stay on track and focused as you study the Bible.  It was so hard to choose just one feature that was my favorite as the The Near Journal has tons of features at your fingertips every time you open it up.  Let’s say you’ve chosen your word for 2018 or you decide you want to focus on a specific topic within Scripture.  Let’s choose – Grace – The Near Journal allows you to focus on a Word, Topic or verse for 90 days as it guides you through your study time.  What an organization tool.  It takes all the guess work out of how to study God’s Word.  But don’t let that fool you The Near Journal is for beginners as well as seasoned Bible study students.

The Near Journal also features:

  • Blank lined pages in the back for note taking.
  • 16 of the blank pages are perforated, so you can easily tear out a note if you are on the go.
  • Pocket inside back cover used to hold additional pieces of paper, church bulletins, or note cards.
  • Commit to reading the Bible for yourself.
  • Keep a record of what you’ve read and how it has changed your life.  God’s Word calls us to be hearers as well as doers.
  • Journal your thoughts, ideas and anything that stands out to you.
  • See personal growth in areas that are important to you.
  • Record your daily gratitude and reverence to the Lord.
  • Record, Journal and track your prayers.
  • Memorize Scripture.

As you can tell I absolutely love The Near Journal. Finally a place for all my Bible study information, a place to journal, a place to study, a place to track my prayers, gratitude, sermon notes whatever my heart desires this book can contain.  I love the fact that it will become a legacy that I can pass down to my children.  They can have all my old journals to see how their mother spent time in the Lord’s presence.

I give The Near Journal a five stars out of five.  I will definitely recommend this to all my friends and church family.
